1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using italianfootballhub.com (the "Service") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of the Service

The Service is an independent, fan-built website that aggregates live football data, fixtures, standings, statistics, video highlights, and related editorial content for Italian football competitions. The Service is provided free of charge.

We are not affiliated with the FIGC, Lega Serie A, Lega Serie B, Coppa Italia, the Italian Super Cup, Serie A Women, or any football club, player, agent, or league official.

3. Data accuracy — no warranty

Football data displayed on the Service is sourced from Sportmonks, Transfermarkt (via Sportmonks), and the official channels of the leagues. We make a best-effort to display it accurately and up to date, but you acknowledge that:

• Live data may be delayed by several seconds or minutes.
• Statistics, scores, lineups, and player profiles may contain errors or omissions caused by the upstream data provider.
• Market values are estimates published by Transfermarkt for editorial purposes, not actual transaction prices.
• The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or non-infringement.

Do not use any data displayed on the Service for betting, gambling, financial, fantasy-league prize, or other consequential decisions. We accept no responsibility for losses of any kind resulting from inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable data.

4. Intellectual property

• Original site code, design, layout, and editorial content are © 2025–2026 Italian Football Hub.
• Football statistics and player data are © Sportmonks B.V., used under license.
• Club badges and league logos are property of their respective clubs and leagues, used here for identification purposes only under fair use / nominative use.
• Video highlights remain the property of their respective channels (CBS Sports Golazo, Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie B, and others) and are embedded via the YouTube Data API in privacy-enhanced mode.
• Market values are © Transfermarkt GmbH & Co. KG, republished with attribution.

You may view the Service and share links to public pages. You may not scrape, mirror, redistribute, republish, or commercially exploit the content of the Service without prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use automated scrapers, crawlers, or scripts that issue an unreasonable volume of requests against the Service or its backend APIs.
• Attempt to circumvent any rate limit, authentication mechanism, access control, or anti-abuse measure.
• Use the Service to harass, defame, or harm any person, club, or organization referenced in its data.
• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.

6. Third-party services

The Service embeds video content from YouTube. Your interaction with embedded videos is governed by YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy, not these Terms.

7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Italian Football Hub, its operators, contributors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

Our total aggregate liability under these Terms shall not exceed USD $50.

8. Termination

We may, at our sole discretion and without notice, suspend or terminate access to the Service for any visitor who violates these Terms, abuses the backend APIs, or otherwise endangers the operation of the Service.

We may also discontinue the Service in whole or in part, at any time, with or without notice.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions. Any dispute arising out of or related to the Service shall be resolved in the federal or state courts located in the United States.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top will always reflect the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after a change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
